5ae6db5045 Added height fallback function 
If no height is defined for any module, use default values.
If all heights are given, use those values.
If only some heights were given ,raise error

Also included update_interval

c3fbd79eda Implementation of interface (template) for all modules 
- Correct setup of logging
- all inkycal-modules inherit from the given template
